Prior to joining his family's business, Joseph excelled as an exclusive agent within Cushman & Wakefield's premier sales team, renowned for its unparalleled success in acquisitions spanning from New York City to Montauk. His extensive experience has been honed through a dynamic career trajectory, culminating in a pivotal role within the family business. Joseph attended Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where he majored in Business Management.
